The Life Capture of images (photo, signature, and digital prints) for the emission of security documents, such as Identity Card and Driver’s License (CNH), is performed by means of proprietary systems and specialized and continuously qualified manpower. The process is verified in real time by quality algorithms and backup monitored by a team of dactyloscopy experts for quality assurance of images collected and citizen uniqueness.
The integrated solution of ICE is currently present in the states of Santa Catarina, Mato Grosso do Sul, Sergipe and Tocantins, and the images captured are used for the applicant’s identity verification in all stages when applying for document.
The Identity Validation is a solution destined for the verification of identity for security in several processes, such as, for example, in theory, practical, clinical exams or when withdrawing documents, by confronting biometric profiles previously registered (digital prints, facial photography, etc.).
ICE has a decentralized system, with high level of security, which controls the frequency of individuals, through the validation of biometric profiles (combination of facial recognition and digital prints).
The iBio was developed with the purpose of controlling the frequency of students in training courses. This system, which includes support, monitoring, and audit, guarantees the presence of the student in class inhibiting frauds and operational errors in frequency control.
ICE implemented and administrates this system in all CFCs in Santa Catarina, Mato Grosso do Sul and Sergipe.
The safe registration process of biometric profiles of ICE is enhanced with the usage of digital prints automated system (AFIS), in which new individuals, before entering the database, are submitted to biometry research against all individuals existing in the database. If a same individual presents himself using two different identification documents, this system sends the biometric profiles for dactyloscopy analysis and, if confirmed by the specialist, the suspect of fraud is detailed for the managers of our clients.
