ICE developed an execution system of electronic test with scheduling module integrated with DETRAN. The system has the following characteristics:
- Updated questions bank based on the Brazilian Traffic Code - CTB;
- Biometric validation of candidate;
- Automatic correction and submittal of results to the database of DETRAN;
- Random selection of questions and alternatives;
- Configuration of test standard (time, difficulty level, number of questions per discipline, etc.);
- Printed test generation module with automatic correction by template.
The services provided by ICE involve, in addition to the system, all infrastructure necessary for the implementation, operation, support, monitoring, and audit in all process phases.
The solution to apply, monitor, and control practical vehicle driving tests of ICE is based on security and mobility. The Examiners use smartphones to register observations and misconducts of the candidates during practical tests for the achievement of CNH.
The solution works integrated with the system of DETRAN to guarantee that the student is qualified to take the practical test and to send the test result made directly to the system of DETRAN. Both the examiners and the candidates are authenticated biometrically, and all information flow is encrypted for communication with datacenters of ICE. The security is complemented by geo-referencing for all important events of the process (biometry, absence, route).
For the tests performed in closed circuits, the solution enables multiple examiners throughout the track, which may analyze multiples candidates simultaneously.
ICE makes available to the administrators of DETRAN a managerial interface for the complete control of the process, even for the tests performed in the most remote locations of each State.
The solution of ICE for scheduling, performing, monitoring, and controlling practical driving instruction classes is based on a mobile platform to bring flexibility and security for DETRANs and CFCs. The solution operates integrated with the system of DETRAN, guaranteeing that the student is qualified to take practical classes. Some characteristics of the solution are:
- Biometric validation of the student and the instructor in several class stages (beginning, monitoring, and conclusion);
- Guarantee class performance within the validity period of LADV;
- Usage of GPS for marking route and for indication of starting place, monitoring, and end of class;
- Guarantee the compliance with the legislation regarding class duration;
- Millage marking and registration of learning concept for the class.
Considering the need of companies and governmental agencies to make the consultation of official documents safer and faster, ICE offers a customized system, in WEB environment, for the electronic management of documents with security.
The service includes specialized equipment and manpower for the microfilming process of documents, using strict quality control and microfilm processing and duplication.

ICE developed a complete solution for vehicle inspection using state-of-the-art technology to guarantee security, flexibility, and excellency in the performance of the service. Some innovative concepts for the vehicle inspection market introduced by ICE were: usage of mobile architecture, geo-referencing, biometric authentication, OCR, backup audit, among others.
Equipment approved and verified by regulatory agencies in the country, DENATRAN and INMETRO, are used enabling greater efficacy in the execution of the services by the Traffic Departments.
The Vehicle Inspection Solution of ICE, integrated to the Traffic Departments, contemplates a back office structure responsible for the audit of all services performed, guaranteeing, and assuring the integrity of inspection process.
The solution for the production and control of vehicle license plates meets all requirements provided by MERCOSUR Resolution.
Produced in secure and controlled environment, the vehicle license plates of ICE use prismatic reflexive films, complying with the resolutions of CONTRAN and DENATRAN, in addition to other security and control items that guarantee its traceability from raw material to the usage by the final client.
The technology of the productive process enables the application of security items such as: Hologram – applicable in any position of the plate and nonremovable; Incorporated Graphics – application of any logo, drawing, or flag; Personalized Hot Stamping Film – application of any inscription over the letters and numbers of the plate, Bar Code – single serial number printed in the plate; Laser Marking – single identification over reflexive film, Water Mark – visible under certain angles; and Codified Packing – allowing total traceability of products.
The fabrication model of plates adopted by ICE enables total compliance with the several necessities and regionals characteristics of DETRANS. The production may be centralized, with safe shipment of the finished plate as from a single fabrication unit, or through stamping of blanks in local units (compact).
For the traceability and monitoring the sealing process, ICE offers complete solutions, integrated, in safe web environment, guaranteeing precise and digitally certified information.
The physical seal is produced with synthetic virgin material, with inputs and rejects controlled and sequential alphanumerical codification laser engraved indelibly, allowing total traceability, from fabrication to its application. A Laboratory accredited by INMETRO certifies the seal, according to the requirements presented at DENATRAN ORDINANCE No. 272 from DECEMBER 21, 2007, following the standard ISO/IEC 17025, complying with all requirements of security and durability required.
The seals traceability system has complete control with emphasis in security through biometric authentication and digital certification. The solution is totally integrated with DETRAN, enabling the identification of irregularities and pendency and a simple operational flow, concise, and secure, with audit tools and control through several transaction reports and logs.
